Krav Maga for fun and defence!
For both girls and boys...
This is not a sport since it does not give points, it spure selfdefence quick and dirty. (and in a competition it would be a race to wich one that would kick the other one in the balls and gauge out he´s eyes first -
that person would have won :D )
Its been 10 years since I have been doing Krav Maga, so I figured it was about time to start it up again this summer. First of all, for me its a great workout and its good experience for work related issues!
I work as a bouncer in the weekends and have been doing so for about 8 years so far and I love it.
Its social and fun, but where do you meet alot of idiots wanting to attack you, nightclubs when people are drunk,
on drugs or just generally idiots that want to fight...
At nightclubs you have gangs, drugs, people on parole, people on a day off from jail, normal people that just drink to much, and the ones that manage to behave :)
And since drugs have become more and more normal now a days it almost seams like everyone is using it. They also tend to have a shorter temper than the one that dont use drugs :)
Well, my point was that selfdefence is good for you no matter if your a boy/girl, man/woman. Since everywhere around us, there are people that want to have something for nothing.
